ABOUT THE SERIES
This project explores the space between realism and surrealism - my first real dive into the surreal.
Using only shades of red, I’m interested in how color can shift a scene from something recognizable into something more dreamlike and uncertain. The paintings appear to melt and dissolve, creating distorted, fluid moments where reality feels unstable and the familiar turns strange.
